I am of legal age in the state/country in which I live to enter into this agreement with Cash-O-Matic.com. I will be considered an independent contractor and in no way will I be considered employed by Cash-O-Matic.com by becoming a member of the Cash-O-Matic.com program.

Cash-O-Matic can, at its discretion, can amend the compensation plan and statement of policies. I understand my membership is not transferable. I understand that Cash-O-Matic reserves the right to decline any applicant's membership. I also understand that Cash-O-Matic reserves the right to terminate any membership, if that member does not abide by the terms of this agreement or any other policies made by Cash-O-Matic.com.

As a member , I will not use the Cash-O-Matic logo, any trade marks of Cash-O-Matic, copyrighted material or any material contained within the website without first getting written permission to do so. Unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted material is a violation of federal law. I will only use authorized advertising tools set-up for the members of Cash-O-Matic.

I will not engage in any deceptive or unlawful recruiting practice. Using false or unreasonable income claims and promises will not be tolerated and will result in an immediate end to my Cash-O-Matic Membership. I will not send out unsolicited email of any kind to anyone. I understand that spamming in the form of unsolicited advertisements of any sort not mentioned above (including newsgroups) will not be tolerated, and can cause immediate termination to my membership.

We consider any of the following grounds for immediate termination of an account:

• Unauthorized postings to newsgroups.
• Sending unauthorized emailings.
• Engaging in any of the foregoing activities using the service of another provider, but channeling such activities through a Cash-O-Matic Network account.
• Falsifying user information provided to Cash-O-Matic
• Using the Cash-O-Matic name to send Unsolicited Commercial Bulk Email as defined above. (spamming, which could result in civil and criminal prosecution)

All of the above practices are prohibited by Cash-O-Matic terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's membership, including forfeiture of any money earned and/or access to Cash-O-Matic services.

Nothing contained within the terms and agreement shall be construed to limit Cash-O-Matic's actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the above mentioned activities, and Cash-O-Matic reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

Cash-O-Matic reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.

By signing up for a Cash-O-Matic website, you agree to receive periodic emails from the administrator of Cash-O-Matic.

Cash-O-Matic will not be held liable by you for any reason.

We Do Not give refunds on your order at Cash-O-Matic. Do Not Ask for one. As an Internet marketer, it is your responsibility to know whether or not you want to be a part of this program when you order.

We have the right to terminate any membership for any reason, including (but not limited to) the request for the removal of your email address and the use of autoresponders on our site.

I give my express consent and agree to receive periodic emails from Cash-O-Matic.com, the List Owner, it's agents or employees at the email address I have provided.

I agree not to use misleading headlines in my advertising nor make false or unsubstantiated claims in my commercial messages when advertising Cash-O-Matic.

I also understand, agree and accept that any and all commercial messages that are sent to me by The owner of Cash-O-Matic.com, it's agents or employees is not an endorsement by Cash-O-Matic.com of the advertised product, service, opportunity or offer unless otherwise stated.

I agree not to accuse any members or The owner of Cash-O-Matic.com of sending spam mail. We track all signups by IP number and legal action will be taken against all who cry spam falsely. You agree to be responsible for all legal fees and damages incurred to The Owners of Cash-O-Matic.com in the event you make a false or unjustified spam complaints to any agency, ISP, website or court of competent jurisdiction.

I give my express consent to The Owner of Cash-O-Matic.com, its agents or employees on any list hosted or owned by Cash-O-Matic.com to send me the commercial emails at my contact as well as at my list email address. These commercial messages may include, but are not limited to, Admin notices, in-house commercial advertising of all kinds and third party advertising placed by the public customers, subscribers, partners or others and will be sent at the sole discretion of the owner at Cash-O-Matic.com. These messages may be in any digital form, including , notices,updates, special messages, solo ads or other electronic messages.

Unsolicited broadcast or commercial email that is sent to addresses that do not affirmatively and verifiably request such material from that specific sender, including but not limited to advertising, surveys, information pieces, third party spamming, website addresses, sales, and auctions.

Policy
You agree that spamming is unacceptable. Cash-O-Matic does not tolerate ANY SPAM ACTIVITIES. Spam violations include activities such as unsolicited bulk email, use of any of our Services, Directly or Indirectly, FOR SPAM ACTIVITIES; OR TO PROMOTE SPAM-RELATED PRODUCTS. Once we learn that you are spamming, we will immediately terminate your membership to Cash-O-Matic without notice and we will not refund any fees. You will also lose ALL commissions earned from your sales.

This is very important so remember, if you DO NOT have consent from the individual to send emails to them, you are deemed in violation of this SPAM POLICY AND YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE TERMINATED!
